We find that many conferences have speakers who tell students:
"Sign this commitment card and you can stay pure"
"This is how far too far is"
"Just don't have sex until your married"
"Wearing this purity ring will keep you pure"
and (our favorite) "Sex is dirty, sex is vile, sex is nasty, sex is wrong...save it for the one you love."
Our students are not being properly fed the Biblical meaning of purity and if they are, it is sadly, infrequently. There might be the once a year "I've already heard this" event, however; at the same time, our students are offered toilet water to quench their sexual thirst from this vulgar world on a daily basis.
Our vision is to break the postmodern way of thinking and dismantle the many misconceptions of purity that have crept into the church over the years.
Our mission is to prove to this next generation that purity is simply a byproduct of a right relationship with Jesus, and that it applies to all areas and in every season of our lives...and to put on purity conferences that are not lame.
Our desire is to see this next generation be filled with the Holy Spirit and passionately live for Jesus!
